Bronze Doors at St. Peter's Reopen

The bronze doors of St. Peter's Square have reopened this morning in the Vatican City. Is this a signal from the Vatican that the Pope is still alive? Traditionally, when the Pope dies, tolling bells accompany the closing of these bronze doors and the drawing of the window shades in the Pope's apartment. Also, visitors coming to St. Peter's are now being allowed to enter the Basilica to pray.
